Theme: Shaping the Future of Africa’s Exhibition Industry

The Africa Exhibition Forum 2026 is a platform bringing together exhibition organisers, venue operators, service providers, government representatives, investors, and business events professionals to explore the future of Africa’s exhibition industry.

Taking place on 4–5 December 2026 at the Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi, Kenya, the inaugural forum will focus on the opportunities and challenges shaping the continent’s exhibition and business events sector. Key discussion areas include understanding African exhibition markets, strengthening collaboration between industry stakeholders and governments, and developing the infrastructure required to attract and deliver international exhibitions.

Organised by Exhibit Africa and jwc, with support from UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and UNIDO, the forum aims to encourage knowledge exchange, investment, and strategic partnerships across Africa.

For Nairobi, the event presents an opportunity to strengthen its position as a regional business events destination while connecting local and international stakeholders to opportunities in exhibitions, trade, and investment.
